Knowledge of database software or relational database theory and able to query using SQL, SOQL, or similar.3+ years experience in Salesforce administration or development working with custom objects, automations (Process Builder, Flow, or APEX), and integrations. 7+ years experience in a systems administration or development role.Facilitate periodic access reviews to meet regulatory audit requirements.Lead technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the existing systems architecture.Collaborate with team to research and recommend technologies and evaluate existing solutions for future development opportunities.Lead and manage the integration of new Professional Services applications/systems.Build and prepare reports on resource optimization, project completions and overall program participation.Monitor for reoccurring issues, system/data or process gaps and proactively identify potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements.Serve as the primary data administrator including managing users, roles, completions and data feeds from and to other internal sources.Interact with vendors to troubleshoot issues as needed. In order to accomplish these tasks, you will manage our project tools built on Salesforce Work Orders, Smartsheet/Taskray platform and you will develop, integrate and support business critical, customer facing applications built primarily on the Salesforce platform. Participate in strategy and design of Axon’s customer project delivery systems with other stakeholders while taking ownership of the development and support aspects of the platforms and data. Your primary role will be to take Axon’s Professional Services platforms to the next level.
